Here and there, among these pages, there will be a link to a page of "why some choice is good or bad for your skin." Yes, this tour of choices includes both good choices and bad choices people make. You may check out your understanding or agreement with the choices made on this tour. Along the way you may come to understand more about "Choices People Make."

Listed below are the wise choices a person might make to improve the health of his or her skin:

1.  Smoking is harmful to health and skin -- No prudent choice for health would include this practice!

2.  Drink more water -- perhaps now concentrating on distilled water with an added supply of minerals.  For the weight of about 130 pounds I would suggest at least one full gallon per day, spread out in small amounts all during the day -- drinking not more than 4 ounces at one time.

3.  Of Minerals, generally.  I would recommend soaking or spraying your face at least twice daily with Clarks Minerals as well as drinking at least 4 ounces of Clarks per day.

4.  MSM baths -- at least five per week.  One KG of MSM per bathtub full, soak for at least 20 minutes. This would be a large amount of MSM, but worth the trouble for the results you get.

5.  Diet change?  No more fast foods, as long as you do not have to worry about gaining weight you can eat a well-balanced of protein, carbs and fats -- but with a complete emphasis on

6.  Raw as much as possible

7.  Fresh always

8.  If meat, then get grain-fed (organic) beef if you want beef

9.  No cosmetics or drugs during this time.

10.  If you are taking birth control, and if it has reports of adverse affects on health or skin, look for an alternative

11.  Consider going on a fast?  My experience is that a fast of at least 7 days will make a big difference in skin health

12.  Consider colonics.  If you are willing -- probably 2 - 3 per week.

13.  If there is time, do the Hubbard Detox soon -- it should make a large difference.  This would call for a considerable change in your personal life to get in enough time to handle things.

14.  Use Skin Repair Cream should be applied twice daily.

15.  Whether or not you do the detox, you can start scheduling at least 4 days per week to spend at least one hour each day in a sauna, with the temperature above 150.

16.  There are specific exercises which are great for facial skin tone -- for at least one hour per day -- they can be done easily in an office or home.  They are stretching and moving type exercises.

17.  Particularly a mini-trampoline type exercise, at least 5 times, 5 minutes per day, will move the lymph a great deal more than whoever is willing to do this.  This would be the "gentle bounce" where your feet need not leave the mat, no sweating, five minutes five times per day is far better that 25 minutes once per day.
