I want:

1.  One main image/logo theme that represents "Vibrant Skin"  care, taking into account the images I've posted and particularly the notes I've placed near some of them.  This would be a brand image that could/would apply to some dozens of prospective different products, all based on our motto:

"Skincare based on Ayurvedic restorative herbs, merged with Western research and development."

"An Ayurceutical Restoration Of Health and Vibrancy!"

And, keep in mind that the "mechanics of the delivery system" are one of the main matters of uniqueness here -- it is the "MSM" (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane == "organic sulfur") that is a "transdermal" which itself penetrates into the skin and also carries sulfur (vital nutrient) and other ingredients along with it -- such as the herbs.  So, the delivery system is just as important, perhaps more important, than the ingredients themselves.

2.  With that central theme, some variation that would allow a "carry-over" of the theme, but add something more particular for "Vibrant Skin Repair Cream."  We could request further variations for the further products, including "Vibrant Skin Repair Essence" and "Vibrant Skin Calm Cream" and "Vibrant Spa Soak," etc.  These could be separate jobs, separate fees.

3.  One or both images should be created so that it can be used as a very small label (as on a jar holding 1.75 ounces), on the box that contains such a jar, and on web pages, flyers and brochures.  Probably the largest jar we will sell, therefore the largest jar/bottle label, would be 8 ounces.

4.  So, there is a label design as well as a logo/brand image. These would be quite integrated and similar, but the label could/should include choice of fonts and positioning of label components -- with the text and such details to come along later and be added in.  Since the small jar, at least, will be sold in a box, much of the text that is required on a label can/should be positioned on the box, not on the label on the jar.

5.  One thought about the box is that this box will be sitting on a shelf, probably, in a health - food store, where the actual label, even less the words on the front of the box, will be hardly noticeable to someone passing by.  I had in mind, therefore, that there be some distinctive background for the entire box (all six surfaces), some image/color that would NOT be a solid color, but would blend with the actual image.  In this way the box will be noticeable from some distance as "standing out" even without any significance of words or recognizable logo in view.

6.  The graphics for the booth obviously enter in here -- they would be quite large.  Some of the "distinctive box background image" could also be useful for backgrounds on the booth graphics and back-lit areas.

7.  I put it on the "image examples" but repeat it here that because photo re-touching can be so "real" I don't think an image pretending to be a real person will be believable -- it would be "too perfect" or could be.

8.  Depending on how you count them, there could be several separate images needed, even if based on one original concept.

8.  I think the image of quality, representing "reasonable" for the prospective cost of $30 for a jar of 1.75 ounces where you might well use a couple such jars in a month or less time for liberal application -- the image will have a great deal to do with the consumer acceptance of the relatively high price for this product.

Sell the sizzle, not the steak == sell the box, not the cream!
"The box will have a lot to do with the delivery of "smooth skin" or whatever final result we achieve.
"Smooth skin," like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.

This cream really works -- it works on my 75 year old skin -- dramatically.  But, I use it liberally twice daily and we need the customer to be willing to use it liberally and for some lengthy period of time (weeks, possibly months) to be a full effect.  So, the quality of the image and box will be a large factor in getting the customer to buy and use this product for long enough ( AND TO APPLY IT LIBERALLY ENOUGH) to get the result we know can be achieved.
