Field Trial Of Vibrant Skin

Dear Vibrant Skin,

I've made a remarkable discovery -- about the new cream we are about to launch.

This is an observation based on the appearance of the skin on my forehead -- my personal skin.

I've been using Clarks Colloidal Minerals sprayed on my head, face and body, every day after a shower -- liberally. ("Clarks" minerals is very high in organic sulfur, the primary nutrient for skin, hair and fingernails. Clark's Minerals are "Colloidal" which means they are "transdermal" and move through the skin directly to nourish the cells in the surface areas of the body.

That has been true for more than 30 days.

I did not realize we had some sample tubes of the cream we will start our launch with, so I was ALSO applying a standard cosmetic "cream" to my face evening and morning for a short while -- then switched to the new Vibrant Skin Repair Cream.

I noticed that the skin on my forehead was getting "finer" in the sense of the texture and the pores looked smoother and smoother. At that time I didn't know whether it was the Clarks Minerals (mostly sulfur) or the Vibrant Skin Repair Cream. I've had remarkable success in the past by using Clarks Minerals -- making my hair grow faster, turn darker and be more healthy.

This was no small change.  It was dramatic -- particularly for a 75 year old skin!

These sample tubes of our new "Skin Repair" cream are used and given out in India -- in India the stuff is sold by physicians and the sample is marked for physicians' use!

I used it twice daily.

So, this Sunday morning (June 11, 2006), as usual, I put it LIBERALLY on my face, particularly my forehead.  My forehead has no beard and shows the largest amount of "plain" skin that can be inspected with ease.

"Liberally" means that I started with the small sample tube that contained 5 grams of cream and used one full tube each day -- half in the morning and half at bedtime. With the actual retail package of 1.75 ounces, that is about 50 grams, or about a 10-day usage of that jar -- the rate I was using it.

I was covering the forehead, into the hair line, heavily, and as I saw the dramatic change taking place, I started applying it over more area -- covering the entire face and throat just below the chin line.

I estimate that I would use about 7 grams per day to cover the entire face area, including the upper throat and neck, behind and inside the ears. If you were bald you would want to use more. If your skin is already in good condition you could use less.

Then, about 4 PM, after about SEVEN HOURS of that first morning's application on my face, I inspected.

The forehead "LOOKED" wet and/or oily.  BUT, when I felt it with my fingers I did not pick up any "oily" layer and I did not find moisture transferring to my finger tips.

In other words, my forehead LOOKED MOIST, but it did not react like a "freshly moist" skin would react -- nor did it "FEEL" like it was oily.

It LOOKED MOIST, without the usual characteristics of water or oil on the skin.

A Cream is an “emulsion” of a water base and an oil base by use of an “emulsifier agent” to bind the two bases so they will not separate. (source)

Click here for a history of edible waxes such as used in "chewing gum" and beneficial in a nourishing skin repair cream.

The emulsifier used in Vibrant Skin Repair Cream is an edible wax. Click here to learn more about the amazing benefits to skin health from a barrier layer of edible wax. You WANT TO HAVE THIS PROTECTIVE AND SEALING LAYER OF THIS MATERIAL.

I first discovered this barrier layer for real when I took an "MSM Bath." I do this once or twice per week. I fill the bathtub with hot water and pour a full killogram of powdered MSM into the water. I then soak in that bath for at least 20 minutes. While I am soaking I actually lower my body down below the surface of the water. I even open my eyes in this MSM water -- no stress on the eyes.

When I am "under water" I feel and rub my forehead, where that barrier layer is -- it is very obvious at this point. I rub vigorously and use the cloth I take along with me -- to remove any layer or barrier material.

When I leave the bath I re-apply more of the skin repair cream to my skin, putting BACK not only a fresh supply of nutrients, but replacing the barrier layer to lock in those healing ingredients.

Here is some further data on the emulsifying wax used to create the barrier layers.

The skin can absorb oxygen from the air, reducing the demand on the capillaries to deliver the oxygen-containing blood. But the nutrients needed by the skin generally ONLY come from the skimpy supply brought by the capillaries. That is why a transdermal application of vital nutrients can nourish the skin so well and quickly. When that nutritional material can, further, be "sealed" into the top layers of skin, so that it remains in contact with the cells that need that nourishment, you have a delivery system of nourishment that is better than the original!

Oxygen reaches the skin from the blood as well as from the atmosphere.

The diffusion gradient is a key factor in oxygen delivery. Measurements with puncture electrodes show a maximum oxygen partial pressure on the skin surface and a minimum in the deeper dermis.

Non-invasive measures show that oxygen uptake depends on location. (Source)

After a period of "feeding the skin," during which you can feel that protective barrier of tiny edible wax particles doing its job, you then should release those pores to breathe and emit toxins that have been released from the cells.

This fascinating process of "skin repair" takes place just micrometers from your skin surface, but never takes place in the older skin without the help of a repair and nourishment substance -- Vibrant Skin Repair is the only one to use the components that give such quick and sure results.

I then "washed" my skin in the way I now do, always -- with "Olay foaming face wash and plain water."

I washed thoroughly, dried my skin and THEN inspected again.

The MOIST look, the "OILY" look was gone -- instead the skin continued to show the very fine texture and smallness of pores, but it now showed the "patina" was a non-wet, rather non-glistening, surface.

So, the appearance of moist and oily washed off.

But, it had been there for some seven hours and did not "feel" like wet or oily skin.

THEN I put a new application of the "skin repair" cream (sample) and the skin again showed the characteristic glisten, or moistness, or even oily appearance.

THIS TIME it did come off on my fingers when I rubbed it.

So, I am concluding, subject to continuing tests:

1.  Application of this cream in very liberal quantities, will put more on the skin than can be immediately absorbed.
2.  However, the absorption starts and continues during the day.  The presence of "excess" on the surface should mean that something of the lower layers has been absorbed, but not all. It also means that the barrier aspect to this cream is working -- the special edible wax is holding the other nutrients in place, just below the surface of the skin. The healing is taking place!
3.  So, after SEVEN hours the person can SEE that it is still working -- yet "working" does NOT now mean that it is "messy" or "oily" or "wet."
4.  We can conclude, tentatively, that this cream can be put on, probably, twice per day and be "working" for as much as 24 hours per day, subject to some "excess" being rubbed off during this time, for instance in bed on a pillow.
5.  I think what we have here is a cream that works for 24 hours -- a cream that you can "TEST" as to whether or not it is "WORKING" at any minute by simply observing that the skin is MOIST looking.
6.  If the cream is so rapidly absorbed, even with a LIBERAL application, that the skin looks dry after an hour or two, THAT WOULD BE THE TIME to add another application.
7.  Conversely, if the skin looks moist after 12 or 18 hours, it may not even be necessary to apply more cream!

These are observations which, when turned into confident claims, can make our cream very unique among "skin repair" substances -- of which, generally, there are few if any other than ours.

There are a couple other actions I have been doing that probably help create the dramatic improvement in my 75 year old skin.

(The photo on the right is not retouched and was taken by Jean Ross on July 22, 2006. A larger version is HERE.)

I've been exercising every day, seven days per week, for about two hours every morning. This is vigorous exercise which includes my use of a "heart rate monitor" so I know hat change in my heart rate occurs during exercise.

At my age it is not usual to exercise at the heart rate I do -- I am getting into better and better physical shape and that must help the skin.

I also then use a sauna every day, after the exercise, for at least 15 minutes at 150 degrees temperature. It is an infrared sauna so the high heat does not feel too hot and infrared also penetrates into the skin some inch or so.

I also sweat a lot during both the exercise and the sauna -- I believe that sweating is the very best way of cleaning the skin from the inside. Obviously any barrier layer of the Repair Cream will be sweated off during exercise, but I always shower afterwards and re-apply the cream then.

When you get a chance, try the above test on your own personal skin.

A test on part of the arm or leg would probably not show up these appearances.  The forehead is, for most people, the area of the skin where skin texture is obvious and gets less and less smooth with age.

That is the part of your skin you should make this test on.

Now, several days after writing the above, I add that I continue to do the same for my skin. I spray Clarks Minerals on my whole body, especially my scalp and face, then out of the shower I apply Skin Repair Cream to my face -- very liberally.

I do the Mineral spray once per day, in the shower, but the Skin Repair Cream in the morning and just before bed at night.

I've got to find a way to take non-retouched photos of my skin -- it would be rare, probably, for a 75 year old guy to get excited about his skin complexion. It is certainly true that I helped develop this stuff and sell it, but even so I've never seen this type of CHANGE take place in skin on ANYONE, man or woman.

I'm impressed.
